FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
Precision is considered an out of network, cash-based model because it allows us to provide the care athletes and active individuals truly need — not just what insurance allows. Instead of being restricted by delayed care waiting for authorization, visit limits, billing codes, or third-party decisions, we can focus entirely on what delivers the best outcomes. Our model gives us the freedom to spend more one-on-one time with each client, use advanced techniques like dry needling or performance testing and individualize every plan for faster recovery and long-term success. Ultimately, it’s about delivering higher-value care, not just more visits.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No. North Carolina is a Direct Access State meaning that no physician referral is required to be evaluated. If you do have one however, feel free to bring it with you!
How does payment work?
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, FSA and HSA cards as well!
Can I submit my bill to insurance?
If you have commercial insurance through a non-federal provider, we’re happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. For those with Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal insurance plans, we’re glad to discuss your coverage options.
Do you only specialize in baseball players?
Not at all! Dr. Duggan has extensive experience working with athletes of all sports, skill levels, and backgrounds. Whether you're a competitive athlete or simply an active individual aiming to reach your peak performance, you're welcome here.
